Artist statement

My artwork focuses on care, including both humans and nature. Through it I seek to explore and promote a greater awareness of our responsibilities towards each other and the environment around us, fostering a sense of mutual care and reciprocity. The use of everyday and waste materials is an integral part of my creative process. Through this practice, I invite reflection on consumerism and the importance of reducing, reusing, recycling and regenerating in our relationship with natural resources. The creation of hybrid objects seeks to promote a more interconnected vision of the world. These hybrid pieces invite us to consider the interdependence between humans and nature, and encourage us to cultivate relationships of mutual care and respect. My aim is to generate deep reflection on our role as interdependent beings in the environment we share. Through my focus on caring for others, the use of everyday and waste materials, and the creation of hybrid objects, I aim to foster a critical dialogue and promote a greater awareness of our responsibilities to each other and to nature.
