Artist statement
My work reflects my love of nature and the impact that life has on its story. Every photograph tells a story in some way, shows the unique beauty and design of nature, or the effect that nature has on man-made subjects. The story could be the life of a snail, plants and how they interact with their environment, the historical span of a landscape or a tree, the movement of fish or other small creatures, or the effect that the environment has on an old tractor or rusty shed. My life is the very essence of my art - I photograph my world and how I view my environment.
