Lives and works in Tel Aviv, Israel

Artist statement

I work where material, space, and power collide. Minimalism gives me the discipline to speak only through matter - through tension, load, pressure - never through ornament or confession. Site specificity binds me to the architecture itself: my works cannot be moved, repeated, or abstracted. They exist only where they intervene. They expose what a space is, and what it would rather hide. My interventions operate at architectural scale. Harpoon 12 drove a twelve meter steel form through the floors of Shenkar, forcing the building to reveal its own totality. Orphan generated black smoke without fire, pushing an impossible phenomenon through a gallery wall. Submission calculated Bezalel’s structural threshold and held the institution in a state of engineered strain. These works are not metaphors; they are physical conditions imposed on institutional bodies. Material and space are my primary languages. Engineering is not a support but a co thinker. The sketches, schematics, and calculations are part of the work’s anatomy. I am drawn to the invisible labor that makes the “impossible” structurally inevitable. Tension is the core of my practice: as line, as load, as atmosphere, as frequency. I treat institutions as spatial organisms whose internal orders become legible only under pressure. My recent works extend this logic into vibrational and sonic registers. The same structural thinking, translated into frequency. And here is where I become explicit: I do not make work about...
