Lives and works in Milano, Metropolitan City of Milan, Italy
Artist statement
Using different media, such as sculpture, photography, videos, but placing painting at the center, the works are articulated on different levels of meaning, in a dense intertwining of stories and references. A complex and stratified imaginary in which multiple elements come together, which sometimes originate from a narrative element systematically interrupted and diverted to new connections: an intellectual process, concretized in an aesthetic form. Surfaces where different temporal extensions intersect in a deflagrated time where memories and myths re-emerge as archaeological fragments. Elaboration of condensed itineraries of personal motivation, linked to different areas such as history, myth, game, time. Each work proposes different readings, possibilities that lead new connections, through montages that form anachronisms.
