Artist statement

My practice is built upon constant research, guided by curiosity and the desire to expand the boundaries of the visible, allowing each project to define its own form. I work through direct experimentation with materials, observing how matter responds to manipulation and how that response can activate a perceptual experience. I conceive of my works as open situations, in which color and light are not imposed, but rather emerge in relation to the viewer's body and the space that contains them. I seek to generate states of attention and presence, where the physical and the intangible coexist and interact.
