Artist statement

The artist's research path is based on the theme of identity, and on its connections and manifestations. Identity of which the human body - present in almost all of the artworks, in the form of self-portraits - becomes a symbol; the connection between time and space (being an identity element) is also an element of research, in a continuous process of simplification and symbolization, aimed at recovering and rediscovering a "zero" condition. The artist's research is based on photography, which is often declined through other mediums (video-making, VR) looking for a new, constantly evolving language.
