Artist statement

Crying can be funny, crying can be a deep pain, crying can be imperfect, crying can be happiness, crying can be disgusting, crying can be deliberate, crying can be a beginning, birth or an end, crying can kill or crying can be not crying. Silence can cry or crying can be silent. Crying can be musical. Silence can be musical. Comedy can be musical and everything else just like silence and crying. Silence can be powerful, abusive, peaceful, motivating, treacherous, brutal, contagious or non contagious. Just like crying! I love words. My feature script “The Chicken Meditation” reached top 15% in Oscars Nicholls in 2016. I paint with a brush on paper and canvas, and I code. A program paints a perspective too. And that’s what I’m exploring. “A story heals” - Joseph Campbell. A painting, a piece of art form heals too. Working on Rothko's Consciousness Series - to heal everyone.
