Artist statement

I am an artist with a practice that ranges across different mediums like ceramic, glass, painting, animation, installation, found materials and waste materials. I always goes back to my archive of explorations and experiments to consistently incorporate it in newer works and ways. While doing her bachelors I started studying animal and human anatomy, sketch books and canvas rolls full of sketches lead her to visualize animal like forms everywhere from dried acrylic paint to a broken cup. I builds narratives, expressions and forms by visualizing forms out of non recognizable materials and creating compositions. Changing the context of a particular object changes how it is viewed. This process takes me to an alternate dystopia fantasy world where I builds narratives by associations from one to another. My work mostly brings experience of small pleasures that go unnoticed in our daily hustles.
