Artist statement

Multidisciplinary artist crafting through photography, video, sound scaping ,paint and sculpting. Through my work I aim to provide enchanting experiences ,insight and deep remembrance designed and intended to guide and assist the journey to one. Through exploring and expressing my own diaspora I seek to use my gifts and craftsmanship to rewrite and ultimately unite and bridge the “worlds within the world”. Led by spiritual devotion, Shamanism, love and the importance of decolonial recognition my practices involves ancient and future technologies and a deep honoring of natures circles, magic, healing codes, elemental alchemy and ancestry. Ive spend the past 5 years in deep dives into the internal/ eternal kingdom, extracting highly scoured material, long time observations and documentations of natures circles and initially birthing what is becoming the ongoing project “ancestors of the future”. The works consists of paintings, large scale photography, Video instllations, sculptures and sensory experiences
