Artist statement
My practice is rooted in observation, intuition, and craftsmanship. For me, it is a spiritual practice. It is an extension of myself. For me, it is a spiritual practice. It is an extension of myself. I am passionate about working with my hands, materials, spaces, and community building. I see art and design as fluid entities that overlap and extend beyond defining barriers. I am passionate about working with my hands, materials, spaces, and community building. I believe wholeheartedly in the importance of the process. Iteration is a strong component of my practice, this allows me to explore without restrictions. My work is a direct collaboration with the material and my own personal experience, as well as everything that surrounds me.
