Artist statement

Los Angeles based artist Siggy has been creating digital artwork since 2020, building off of his fifteen years of experience in mixed media fabrication. Originally an orchestral composer, Siggy blends his knowledge of classical symbolism with his skills as a sculptor to make the historical queer art he wishes existed. Mixing forms from the past with contemporary media, Siggy provides a neoclassical and revisionist approach to digital art.
