My work begins with the belief that calm can function as social infrastructure—a condition from which empathy, kindness, peace, and meaningful connection can grow. Through immersive installation, bio-responsive technology, traditional hand-cut paper, light, sound and system engineering, I explore the interconnected systems linking humans, nature, and machines. At a moment when so much attention is devoted to training machines to behave more like humans, my practice asks the reverse: what helps humans remain fully human? I use technology not as spectacle or replacement, but as a tool for deepening attention, sensory awareness, and connection. My installations invite participants to slow down, notice their bodies and surroundings, and recognize themselves as part of larger living systems.
